Certification Program Details

The program provides an understanding of key concepts and the technology used for devices, equipment, and software that a TMC may utilize in daily operations. It includes material on data collection, manual and automatic incident detection, telecommunications, sub-systems, video, operations and control, network topology and security, wired and wireless physical plant, computer aided dispatching and analysis/reporting.

This certification program is intended for practitioners that install, maintain equipment used in and/or directly or indirectly operate transportation management centers.
